Handcrafted Pesto – 8 oz
Bring a taste of our farm kitchen to your table with this small-batch, handcrafted pesto.
We start with basil grown at Shiloh Center Farms and blend it with cold-pressed olive oil, fresh garlic, walnuts, pecans, real parmesan, and sea salt. The result is a thick, concentrated pesto that’s meant to be loosened with extra olive oil as you cook, so you can adjust the richness and texture to each dish.
This is part of a very limited batch made during our family’s relocation season. Your purchase doesn’t just stock your pantry – it directly supports our family and helps us keep building what’s next.
How to Use (Do as the Italians do):
- Pull from the fridge and let it come to room temperature long enough for the olive oil on top to soften.
- Scoop out however much you need for your recipe.
- When you’re done, smooth the remaining pesto evenly in the jar and cover the surface with a thin layer of olive oil before refrigerating again.
- This pesto was created to be on the thicker side, knowing you’ll add more olive oil as you use it.
Perfect for:
- Tossing with hot pasta
- Spreading on sourdough, panini, or toast
- Swirling into eggs, soups, or roasted veggies
- Dolloping on pizza or flatbreads
Ingredients:
Basil, olive oil, walnuts, pecans, parmesan cheese (or for non-dairy: nutritional yeast), garlic, lemon juice, sea salt.

Half pint (8 oz)
Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Best within 7 days of opening. For longer storage, freeze in portions and thaw as needed.
